Press Release on Interest Rate and Profit Rate Statistics

The publication previously titled “Interest Rate Statistics” has been expanded in scope and will now be published under the new title “Interest Rate and Profit Rate Statistics” with additional series included. |
Within this scope, the following series have been introduced:
- Participation Banks‘ Profit Rates on Loans and Participation Accounts
- Financing Companies’ Monthly Interest Rates on Stock Loans
- Banks’ Monthly Interest Rates on Stock Loans
- Banks’ Interest Rates on Savings Accounts and Commercial Deposit Accounts
- Banks’ Effective Maximum Interest Rate on Business Loans
Detailed information can be accessed through the metadata documents available on the Statistics/Interest Rate and Profit Rate Statistics page, and the data series can be accessed via the EVDS/All Series/Interest Rate and Profit Rate Statistics menu.
In addition, a blog post on “Statistics on Participation Banks’ Profit Rates” analyzing profit rates was published on the CBRT Blog along with the new series.
