						(1) It shows the number of the cheques announced by the CBRT based on the notification sent to the CBRT by banks.
						(2) Bankalarca Bankamıza yapılan bildirimlere göre duyurusu yapılan karşılıksız kaldıktan sonra ödenmiş çek adedini göstermektedir.
						(2) It shows the number of the cheques announced by the CBRT based on the payment notification sent to the CBRT by banks.
						(3) Mahkemeler tarafından Bankamıza yapılan bildirimlere göre duyurulan yasaklama kararı adedini içermektedir.
						(3) It shows the number of forbiddance decisions announced by the CBRT based on the notification sent to the CBRT by Courts.
						(4) Mahkemelerce Bankamıza 7.6.2010 tarihinden itibaren UYAP aracılığı ile yapılan bildirimleri de içermektedir.
						(4) İt shows the number of forbiddance decisions announced by the National Law Network Project(UYAP) receive to The Central Bank of Turkey.
						(5) Aylık veriler haftalık verilerin toplamından oluşmaktadır. Aylara göre esas alınan hafta sayısı değiştiğinden, karşılaştırılabilir olması açısından haftalık ortalamalar da verilmektedir.
						(5) Since the number of weeks may differ, Weekly averages are also given for better comparison.
						(*) 3.2.2012 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren  6273 sayılı Kanun ile karşılıksız çek keşidecilerine verilen yasaklama kararına ilişkin süreç hızlanmış olduğundan, yargıda bekleyen dosyalar kısa sürede sonuçlandılmaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak yasaklama karar sayısı  Mart 2012 de önemli  ölçüde artmış olup, yargıda bekleyen dosyaların karara bağlanmasına paralel olarak bu sürecin önümüzdeki dönemde de devam etmesi beklenmektedir.
						(*) Due to the law  6273, which became effective as of 3.2.2012, the process about the forbiddance decisions for the drawers of the notification gained speed and as a result, it became available for the courts to result the court files in a shorter time. Therefore, the number of forbiddance decisions completed by the courts gained momentum signficantly in March 2012, Parallel to this, it is expected that the increase will continue in the coming period as well.
