Legal entities, which has taken the CBRT’s permission within the scope of the seventh paragraph of article 19 of the Payment Services Regulation

Payment service providers may cooperate with non-resident legal entities pursuant to the first and seventh paragraphs of Article 19 of the "Regulation on Payment Services and Electronic Money Issuance and Payment Service Providers" (Payment Services Regulation) published in the Official Gazette No. 31676 dated December 1, 2021. Non resident legal entities, willing to work with payment service providers under the provisions of above-mentioned Articles of the Payment Services Regulation are supposed to receive a permission from the CBRT. The permissions given within this context by the CBRT are listed below.

• Lidio Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. & Global Collect Services B.V.
• Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş. & TransferGo Lithuania UAB
• Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş. & Wise Payments Ltd.
