Press Release on the Launch of EVDS-MCP

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has launched the EVDS-MCP that enables easy access to data of the Electronic Data Delivery System (EVDS) via artificial intelligence tools.

Since 1993, the EVDS operated by the CBRT has been serving as an open data platform to provide the public with the data on the economy and financial markets in an accurate, timely and easily accessible way, to improve data literacy, while also enhancing a culture of data-driven decision-making.

To improve user experience, data access channels on the EVDS 3 platform, launched in January 2026, are now expanded to include AI tools via the EVDS-MCP.

The role of the CBRT regarding this service is limited to the provision of EVDS data in a manner compatible with AI tools. The CBRT shall not be responsible for the AI tools that will be used in conjunction with the EVDS-MCP, nor for the outputs thereof.

The updated terms of use and user guides are available on the EVDS 3 platform.
