The ISCB arranges customized bilateral programs and on-site training programs on central banking issues mainly to improve collaboration between central banks and to contribute human resources development in central banks.

Customized bilateral programs are designed to provide a platform for experience sharing. Experts from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) and other central banks exchange their experiences on predetermined topics. The ISCB organizes these programs in the forms of study visits and expert visits upon request. Study visits take place at the ISCB Facility in Istanbul and CBRT Head Office in Ankara, while expert visits take place abroad.

On-site training programs are tailored to help central bankers gain practical knowledge and experience on various central banking topics by interacting with the CBRT experts. During these programs, which can be short or long-term, participants have the chance to observe the implementation of central banking tasks by the CBRT and work closely with its experts at the ISCB Facility or the CBRT Head Office.

Please contact us at imb@tcmb.gov.tr to initiate a customized and bilateral program with the details of topics, venue and number of attendees at least one month in advance.
